Warranty Information:
Unless otherwise stated, all products have a 30 day IT Xpress end user warranty in addition to any warranty provided by the manufacturer.
Extended warranties can be purchased for most items, contact our sales department for more information. All products sold for Resale,
unless otherwise stated, come with a 30 day IT Xpress warranty.
The express warranties herein contained are in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, As to any matter whatsoever,
and seller hereby disclaims such warranties, including, without limitation, any warranty relating to the design, quality or condition of
the equipment, its merchantability, fitness, or capacity for any particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course
of dealing or usage of trade or any other matter.
Returns:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is provided to repair, replace or refund defective equipment. IT Xpress will do it's best to
facilitate an items repair when covered by a manufacturer's warranty and will replace or refund the item's cost when so authorized by the
manufacturer. Items sold without manufacturer's warranty are provided a 30 day end user warranty (30 day Reseller), unless otherwise
stated. Replace/Repair/Refund at IT Xpress's discretion. Fill out an online RMA form.
RMA's will not be issued for items that have been improperly installed, abused, or mis-handled. IT Xpress may elect to not issue a RMA in
the case of customer mis-order. Customer mis-ordered, unopened items may be eligibile for an Authorized RMA within first 15 days of
customer receiving product. IT Xpress not responsible to provide an RMA for customer mis-ordered product. Authorized returns for refund
or credit for non-defective items are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
To apply for a return authorization number please fill out and fax us back IT Xpress's online RMA form to our RMA department. (RMA numbers
are valid for 10 days after issuance). Items not received by IT Xpress, Inc. within the 10-day RMA window may be denied a refund or
credit. Replacements are shipped promptly upon receipt and testing of defective merchandise.
