The IT Xpress Fair Market Value Lease Program provides your business with the option to purchase computer and office automation equipment
at lease-end based on its fair market value. IT Xpress transfers title to the equipment to your company should the purchase option be
exercised. The determination of fair market value is made in light of current market conditions.
$1 Buyout Lease Program
The IT Xpress $1 Buyout Lease Program provides your business with the option to purchase leased computer and office automation equipment
for $1 at lease-end. This is considered a lease-to-own finance program.
Cost Cutter Lease Program
Our unique IT Xpress Cost Cutter Lease Program provides a business customer with a fair market value-type lease, yet provides early buyout
options. This type of lease is particularly appealing to a company concerned with obtaining an attractive monthly lease payment, as well
as fixed purchase options at lease-end or the option to return the equipment.
Operating Lease Program
The IT Xpress Operating Lease Program provides a large corporate customer with off-balance sheet financing. This lease program enables

Trade-In Lease Program

Trade-Up Lease Program
As an existing IT Xpress customer, provided you have complied with all terms and conditions of your lease agreement, you can take
advantage of acquiring new IT Xpress technology at any point during the term of your lease. Contact your IT Xpress representative for

Add-On Lease Program
The IT Xpress Add-On Lease Program provides your company with the means to add new equipment and/or software onto an existing lease at
any time with no money down. The remaining payments on the original lease agreement are simply adjusted to account for the additional
equipment, without affecting the length of the lease.
Municipal Lease Program
The IT Xpress Municipal Lease Program provides tax-exempt government and education customers with a single source for easy acquisition
and financing of "essential" computer and office automation equipment. Budgetary constraints and lack of available funds often prevent a
